The one-bedroom cottage is perfect for a couple with a young child, with a cot, highchair, and stair gate available. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, and the shops are a ten-minute walk away. 


#2 Westhayes, Camelford

This three-bedroom 200-year-old barn conversion has been modernised to create a luxurious holiday home just outside Camelford.

The cottage is one of three dog-friendly properties that share access to the heated indoor swimming pool.

Featuring two bedrooms with king-size four-poster beds and one twin bedroom, this cottage is perfect for a holiday in Cornwall with children. 


#3 Cornish Cottage with private swimming pool close to Falmouth, Portreath

This traditional two-bedroom Cornish cottage comfortably sleeps three and welcomes children over eleven years old. Truro is approximately ten miles away, with plenty of local and traditional shops, great restaurants, museums, markets, and many other amenities.

The living room is cosy, with a large sofa and beanbags for the children, and features a large television and a Playstation 2. Pets are welcome too, and there’s parking for four cars.

Situated just outside Mousehole, The Summer House is an ideal location for exploring the whole of this incredible part of Cornwall’s south coast, and there are a few sandy beaches nearby.

This stunning four-bedroom property sleeps ten and, with an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, and plenty of space is perfect for a large family or groups travelling together.

The area has plenty of walking trails to explore, and keen cyclists can enjoy the Bissoe Cycle Trail. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request, and the accommodation features Smart TVs in the lounge and pool house.

There are shops and a pub within walking distance, and the driveway can accommodate three cars. 


#8 Mucklow – a holiday home that sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms

Three miles to the south of Bude, this comfortable, dog-friendly holiday home is a 15-minute walk from Widemouth Bay. This surf beach has plenty of golden sands and rock pools to keep the kids entertained, and Bude is a great place to try a surf lesson. The property’s two bedrooms can comfortably sleep five people, and there is a communal swimming pool, a tennis court, a games room, and a play area for the children to enjoy while they relax. 


#9 Castle By The Water, Saltash

Do you know children who wouldn’t want to stay in a castle? Pentille Castle sits alongside the River Tamar, and with 11 bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep 22 people. Able to sleep four people in two bedrooms, Driftwood is single-level former coachman’s accommodation with a quaint walled garden and patio area. Guests are able to use the facilities at Quinceborough Farm, just up the hill, which include a swimming pool, tennis courts, a games room, and a play area. And the nearest sandy beach is a mere one hundred yard away.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room has a flatscreen digital TV and DVD player. However, there is no WiFi at the property. 


#12 Llawnrock, Mullion

Situated on the Lizard Peninsula, this modern four-bedroom property can comfortably accommodate eight people. There’s a private rear garden with decking, lawn, and a hot tub, and some shared facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, a games room, a table tennis room, and a communal summerhouse.

Land’s End is mere a thirty-minute drive away, and you are in the perfect location to explore St. Michael’s Mount, St. Ives, and Penzance. 



#13 Cliff House, Newquay
